Workplace Inclusion
& Community-Based Education
PFLAG NYC's educational programming is built around the importance of allyship in any community, centering honest and authentic experiences shared by LGBTQ+ people and their loved ones. It includes:
Workplace inclusivity: We provide workshops catered to you and your workplace’s needs, striving to reach common goals and educate your community. We bring best practices for allyship and resources for support, helping you create as inclusive and supportive of a work environment as possible.
Community-based education: We have education and awareness programming for community groups, religious institutions, mental and physical healthcare professionals, nonprofits, educators (including tutors and teaching artists), and other audiences. We can work with you to create a workshop or series of workshops that best fits your needs.
