Anne is a retired hand surgeon who has served on other not-for-profit boards and is the past Chair of the American Foundation for Surgery of the Hand. Anne is the proud mother of two daughters, one of whom is transgender. She joined the PFLAG NYC Board in 2018 and currently serves as Chair.
Kelly Holliday

Kelly joined Morgan Stanley in 1995 and become a Managing Director in 2017. She is the Global Internal Audit Chief Operating Officer responsible for financial management, communications strategy, people strategy, location strategy, resource management, department operations, systems, and metrics. Additionally, she has administrative responsibility for the India IAD office. Kelly is a graduate of Concordia College with a Bachelors of Business Administration and has her MBA from Long Island University.
Lee Arthurs

Lee is currently a partner in a real estate development and consulting business. Prior to that, he had a career in finance with expertise in public finance and pension finance. Lee was also an elected member of the Westport, Connecticut RTM (equivalent to a town council) and served on the board of a non-profit private school in Connecticut. Lee and his wife, Judy, currently live in NYC full time. Lee’s commitment to PFLAG NYC’s mission is stronger due to his trans, non-binary, and gay family and friends.
Pat Bunting

Pat is a Vice President of Corporate Communications at NBCUniversal. In that role he oversees communications for the company’s Content Distribution business, Office of Corporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as other corporate functions. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and also has a graduate certificate from Harvard Business School’s Cable Executive Management Program.
Marcelo Dedini

Marcelo (AKA Celo) is the Program Coordinator and Case Manager at the New Americans Initiative at the YMCA of Greater New York. Celo has a Master’s degree in Business Administration at FIA in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and a diverse background in small business entrepreneurship. When he moved to New York in 2013, he began volunteering with PFLAG at the TransFamilies Project, Gender Conference East, and Gender Conference New York City.
Dr. Jared Fox

Jared is currently the Senior Community Program Manager at Microsoft. In this role, he supports employee resource groups and community experience for women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and families on the Global Diversity & Inclusion team. Jared completed his doctoral coursework at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Jared lives in New York City with his fiancé, Ralph, and Chihuahua-Yorkie mix, Dorothy.
Clara Lee

Clara is a proud Korean mother of a queer, bisexual son with trans experience. She is the founder of API Rainbow Parents of PFLAG NYC that provides support for LGBTQ individuals and families of Asian heritage and has addressed culture-specific needs of the API community since 2012.
Jim Lewin

Since ditching medical school to pursue a life of storytelling, Jim has helped a wide variety of clients translate brand visions beyond traditional advertising into the entertainment digital and experiential spaces. He has produced award-winning advertising for Coca-Cola, The Outdoor Life Network, and Bacardi Global Brands and has created renowned consumer experiences for Jeep Activision, Intel Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and American Express OPEN. He may not be saving lives but once he gets into a project he sure acts like he is.
Jean Macinnes

Jean is the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Mizuho Americas, but previously she was in-house bank counsel and COO for the Legal department at Mizuho. She is currently an active volunteer for KIND (Kids in Need of Defense) and City Bar Justice Center and has always been an ally to various PRIDE groups and a grateful recipient of PFLAG’s resources when her brother came out gay and niece as transgender. Jean is a 2002 graduate of Notre Dame Law School and 1996 alumna of Cornell University.

Lisa brings a track record of strategic leadership and transformative vision in the education and retail sectors from her tenure as President and COO/CMO at Barnes & Noble Education, the country’s leading strategic partner championing student success in the higher education marketplace. Lisa’s expertise spans diverse areas such as Marketing, Digital Commerce, Operations, Talent Management, Strategic Communication and Business Development. Born and bred in Queens NY, she now resides in NJ with her husband Glenn.
Judy Sennesh

Judy founded PFLAG NYC’s TransFamilies Project after discovering that her youngest child was transgender. She has been on the PFLAG NYC Board since 2008, has been instrumental in the creation and production of Gender Conference East and Gender Conference NYC since 2014 but most importantly is a loving and devoted mom and grandmother.
Julie Tarney

Julie is a public speaker, trainer, and executive coach who travels the country and the world helping hundreds of business leaders learn how to build their
employer brand by creating LGBTQ+-inclusive, welcoming, and supportive workplaces. Julie is the author of My Son Wears Heels, an open and outspoken memoir where she shares what she learned about gender identity, gender expression, and self-acceptance from her only child, Harry. When not presenting, Julie is often found cheering in the audience at
creative director, author, and sometimes-drag-artist Harry’s performances.

Jenny is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and would like to make the world where everyone can be themselves. She currently works as the Strategy & Operations Manager at S&P Global and has 10+ years of experience in strategy, data, and analytics. Jenny earned her master’s in information systems management from Carnegie Mellon University. In her free time, Jenny loves watching movies, listening to music, and traveling the world. She currently resides in Queens, New York.
